# SOVECOOK Terms and Subscription Terms

SOVECOOK is operated as part of sovetrust.com by PrimeAlpha Research. It provides taste-personalization, recipe, meal-log, and general wellness-information tools. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician, dietitian, emergency service, ingredient label, or allergen-control procedure. Counsel review remains required before broad commercial launch.

## Plans

- Free: $0, with the limits shown in the application.
- Pro: $4.99 USD per month.
- Elite: $12.99 USD per month.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe hosts checkout and the customer portal. The portal is the authoritative place to update payment methods, view invoices, change an available subscription, or cancel. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the portal states otherwise.

No free trial is promised. Features described as a foundation, allowance, preview, or “when enabled” are not represented as fully released capabilities. The application must show whether checkout is available before any charge can be attempted.

Refund requests are reviewed through Sove Support and are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase. A payment dispute or refund does not authorize falsifying account state; entitlement changes follow verified billing events.

## Safety and acceptable use

Users must verify ingredients, labels, preparation conditions, and possible cross-contact. Do not use SOVECOOK for emergencies or to seek instructions that could harm a person. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, API keys, or medical records to support chat.

## Account and support

Sove authentication controls signed-in features. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account. Use the Sove Support link in Cook for product or billing help. Account-specific action requires a signed-in ticket so another person cannot act on your subscription.
